At CHS Wagyu, we are committed to providing the highest quality Wagyu beef and premium meats. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we will do our best to ensure that you have an excellent experience. Please review our refund policy below.
All Sales Are Final
Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once items have been processed. You may, however, be eligible for a refund under specific circumstances.
Refund Eligibility
If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us immediately upon receiving your package. Refunds or replacements will be considered in the following situations:
- The product arrives damaged or spoiled.
- The incorrect product is delivered.
We are unable to accept returns, but we are happy to work with you to resolve any issues promptly. Please reach out to us at contact@chswagyu.com to discuss your concerns, and we will strive to find an appropriate solution.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, please email us immediately. Cancellations must be requested before the order has been processed or shipped. Once the order has shipped, we are unable to process cancellations.
If your order is eligible for cancellation, you will be refunded, less any payment system processing fees. Please note, cancellations due to shipping delays that are beyond our control (e.g., shipping carrier delays) are not eligible for a refund. However, if shipping delays result in product spoilage, we will provide a credit or reship the order.

We strive to provide the finest meats available. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us as soon as your package arrives so we can address your concerns. We will work with you to ensure an appropriate resolution, whether that’s a replacement, credit, or another form of compensation, depending on the situation.
