We don’t believe Wagyu should feel mysterious, overpriced, or locked behind massive distributors. It should be transparent, expertly sourced, and worth every dollar.

CHS Wagyu was founded in Charleston, South Carolina by Darian Lopez, a Miami native with a deep appreciation for food, culture, and hospitality.

What started as sourcing premium beef for his own kitchen quickly became something bigger: chefs, friends, and home cooks wanted access to the same quality.
