WHERE PASSION MEETS PRIME CUTS

The journey began when founder Darian Lopez, a Miami transplant, made the move to the Lowcountry during the height of the 2020 pandemic. What he found here was not only a vibrant culinary community, but also a deep connection to a city with its own rich food culture.

Inspired by Charleston’s love for all things pork and BBQ, Darian saw an opportunity to introduce something new: the unmatched richness of Wagyu beef. CHS Wagyu began as a way for Darian to blend his passion for premium meats with the flavors and traditions of his new home.
