The Australian Wagyu Denver steak is a hidden gem and a CHS Wagyu favorite. Though relatively new, introduced in the early 2000s, this cut is quickly gaining popularity. Sourced from the shoulder, it offers an affordable alternative to Ribeye and NY Strip. While not as tender as other cuts, the Denver steak makes up for it with incredible flavor. It's the perfect option for those seeking a smaller, more budget-friendly Wagyu experience.

Cooking Method: Season and quickly grill or pan-sear in a cast iron skillet on high heat due to its thinner size. Finish with one of our unique CHS Wagyu kosher salts.
Recommended Temperature: 135°F (57°C) for medium-rare. Avoid overcooking to maintain tenderness.
