With a texture and taste similar to flank steak, hanger steak is a rare find, as there’s only one per cow. This low-yield cut is known for its incredible flavor and tenderness, despite being leaner than some of our other options. It's also one of the most affordable steaks we offer, making it an excellent choice for both seasoned steak enthusiasts and first-time buyers.
Cooking Method: Quickly sear on a very hot grill or skillet. The meat has a robust flavor that requires minimal seasoning.
Recommended Temperature: 130°F (54°C) for medium-rare.
